Additional terms may apply to specific programmes, memberships, events, or promotions.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.

A booking is only confirmed once it appears in the Ski Tech booking system or has otherwise been confirmed by Ski Tech.

Clients are responsible for checking the date, time, location, class type, and participant details before completing a booking.

Ski Tech may refuse, reschedule, or cancel a booking where necessary due to coach availability, equipment issues, safety concerns, incorrect booking type, insufficient clearance, building matters, or other operational reasons.

3. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of purchase unless Ski Tech has agreed otherwise.

Prices are listed in Hong Kong dollars unless otherwise stated.

Ski Tech may update its prices, packages, memberships, and promotions from time to time. Price changes will not affect confirmed purchases unless otherwise stated.

Where payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, the payment provider’s own terms, privacy policy, and security standards may also apply.

4. Packages and credits

Packages and credits are valid only for the services stated at the time of purchase.

Credits may be subject to expiry dates, booking restrictions, class eligibility, capacity limits, and other usage rules.

Unless Ski Tech agrees otherwise:

  • Credits are non-refundable.
  • Credits are non-transferable.
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Expired credits cannot be used.
  • Credits must be used before their expiry date.
  • Different class types may require different numbers of credits.

Ski Tech may allow limited extensions or adjustments in exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

5. Memberships

Memberships are subject to the specific membership terms agreed at the time of signup.

Membership benefits may include class credits, priority booking, member pricing, Open Gym access, Free Ride access, community events, or other benefits depending on the membership tier.

Membership benefits are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Capacity
  • Safety clearance
  • Booking rules
  • Fair-use limits
  • Cancellation policy
  • Facility rules
  • Coach or staff approval where required

Memberships are personal to the named member and may not be shared, transferred, or used by another person unless expressly approved by Ski Tech.

If a membership includes recurring billing, the client authorises Ski Tech or its payment provider to charge the agreed payment method according to the applicable billing cycle.

Membership cancellation, downgrade, pause, rollover, and renewal rules will be set out in the relevant membership terms.

6. Open Lab and Free Ride

Open Lab and Free Ride sessions may be available only to eligible clients or members who have completed any required orientation, safety briefing, and clearance process.

These sessions do not include coaching unless expressly stated.

Clients may only use approved equipment, areas, simulators, and settings.

Ski Tech may refuse, suspend, or revoke Open Lab or Free Ride access if a client:

  • Has not received the required clearance
  • Uses equipment unsafely
  • Breaches facility rules
  • Changes simulator settings without approval
  • Allows another person to use their access
  • Creates a safety risk
  • Fails to follow staff instructions

7. Junior Academy and minors

Junior Academy and children’s programmes may have separate programme terms covering age range, level placement, attendance, make-up classes, parent or guardian consent, authorised collection, and other programme-specific rules.

A parent or legal guardian must complete all required forms and consents before a minor may participate.

Ski Tech may refuse or stop participation where a child is unwell, unsafe, unable to follow instructions, disruptive, or otherwise unsuitable for the relevant activity.

8. Cancellation and rescheduling policy

All Private Classes, Group Classes, Basecamp Classes, Open Gym / Open Lab / Free Ride sessions, and other scheduled Ski Tech sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time will not incur any charge or credit deduction.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be treated as late cancellations.

For late cancellations or no-shows:

  • Bookings made with credits will have the applicable credit(s) deducted.
  • Bookings made with a package will have the session deducted from the package.
  • Bookings made as a single paid session may be charged the full session fee.
  • Open Lab or Free Ride bookings may be deducted from the relevant membership allowance or charged according to the applicable rate.

A no-show is treated the same as a late cancellation.

Ski Tech may waive a late cancellation charge in exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

9. Late arrival

Clients should arrive on time for all sessions.

If a client arrives late, Ski Tech will try to accommodate the client where possible, but the session will still end at the scheduled time.

Late arrival does not entitle the client to an extension, refund, returned credit, or rescheduled session.

If a client arrives too late to safely participate, Ski Tech may treat the session as a no-show.

10. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly agreed by Ski Tech, purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.

Ski Tech may, at its discretion, offer a credit, reschedule, extension, or other arrangement in exceptional circumstances.

If Ski Tech cancels a confirmed booking, the client will not be charged for that booking and any credit or session used for the booking will be returned or rescheduled.

Refunds, where approved, may be returned to the original payment method and may be subject to processing times, payment-provider rules, and any non-refundable transaction fees where applicable.

11. Promotions and discounts

Promotions, discounts, referral offers, credits, and special packages are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of offer.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Promotions are non-transferable.
  • Promotions may be subject to expiry dates, capacity limits, and eligibility requirements.
  • Ski Tech may amend or withdraw promotions at any time, subject to confirmed purchases and applicable law.

12. Safety, waiver, and participation requirements

Before participating in any Ski Tech activity, clients may be required to complete a Participant Waiver, health declaration, safety briefing, orientation, or other required documentation.

Ski Tech may refuse participation if a client has not completed the required documentation or if Ski Tech considers participation unsafe or inappropriate.

Clients must follow all staff instructions, facility rules, safety rules, equipment rules, and simulator rules at all times.

13. Health and fitness responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically able to participate in Ski Tech activities.

Clients must inform Ski Tech of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, medication, limitations, or other factors that may affect safe participation.

Ski Tech is not a medical provider, and participation in Ski Tech activities does not replace medical advice, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or clinical treatment.

Ski Tech aims to provide high-quality coaching, training, and client experience.

However, individual results vary depending on attendance, effort, fitness level, health, skiing background, consistency, and other factors.

16. Photography, video, and mobile phones

Personal photography, video recording, live streaming, and mobile phone use are not permitted in or around the ski simulator area unless expressly approved by Ski Tech staff.

This rule exists for safety reasons, including the risk that mobile phones, cameras, or recording devices may interfere with simulator sensors or safe simulator operation.

Clients must not photograph, film, or record other clients, minors, coaches, staff, or sessions without prior permission from Ski Tech and the relevant individuals.

Ski Tech will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect confirmed bookings or active memberships.

Ski Tech will not be liable for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to building issues, power failure, equipment failure, government restrictions, extreme weather, fire, flood, public health events, transport disruption, labour disruption, or other events outside Ski Tech’s reasonable control.
